Equine Activity Liability
Bit-O-Wyo Ranch may involve the presence of horses or equine-related activities. Under the Wyoming Equine Activity Liability Act, an equine activity sponsor or professional is not liable for injury or death resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.
Equine activities may include, but are not limited to:

Horses are powerful animals and can behave unpredictably. Individuals who participate in or observe equine activities assume the inherent risks associated with those activities.
